We can hear the carb-lovers lamenting already: What’s left? Thank goodness for nuts, the ultimate Passover food and mainstay of any Seder meal. (Our favorite dish is charoset, a fragrant blend of nuts, fruits, and wine.)  Nuts are the perfect snacks to fuel you ’til Seder—or really, any day.
