Directions: Heat a little olive oil in a skillet. Cut sausage links into chunks and brown in the oil. Add a 15-ounce can of tomato sauce and 1 cup of canned chickpeas (rinsed well and drained) and heat through. Spoon into 4 rolls. (Serves 4.)
