Beef with Asparagus and Mushrooms

 

Lamb Chops with Chimichurri Sauce

 

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to high. Rub lamb chops with 1 tablespoon of the oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill 3 minutes per side for medium rare. Remove from heat, cover loosely with foil, and allow meat to rest. 2. While lamb is resting, combine remaining oil, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and red pepper flakes in food processor. Pulse to combine until just puréed. 3. Serve with lamb.
