1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon minced garlic1 tablespoon minced ginger1 pound haricot verts1/4 cup orange juiceSalt and freshly ground black pepper to taste1 tablespoon sesame seedsTomato and/or lemon slices for garnish

Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.Add garlic and ginger. Saute for 1 minute.Add haricot verts. Sauté for 5 minutes. Stir often to ensure all green beans are evenly cooked.Add orange juice.Season with salt and pepper to taste.Stir in sesame seeds.Move green beans around in the pan for 4 to 6, minutes or until al dente.  Make sure all the string beans are coated with the ginger, garlic, orange sauce.Garnish with tomato and/or lemon slices before serving.This dish can be served hot or at room temperature.
